Hello! It's nice to see you here.
I'll be posting topics and activities here to try and keep you up to date on what we would have been covering in class this week. Scroll down for this week's activities, or hit the Menu button to redirect to activities for developing skills in subject-specific areas. If you have any questions or would like additional information about anything, don't hesitate to reach out to me at [email protected]! |
For 2020/2021
At this time, we are currently using a Google Classroom to keep up with the day-to-day in our class. Your child can access and show you our Google Classroom with their @ocdsb account login information. This site will remain active in order to offer additional resources you and your family may find helpful!
Language - Keep reading every day! It's super important. If you have nothing at home to read, check our English Language page for online libraries!
Math - Keep working out! Use the Math Trainer to work on your multiplication!
Check out this sheet to learn more about using your Math Trainer!
Other - Personal Goals
So at this point, you might be feeling a little bored at home, and a little tired of laying around. And that's completely normal! We are all used to going out and doing new things and seeing people. This is weird!
To help you pass the time at home, try choosing something you are interested in and learning more about it. YouTube can be a great resource for how-to videos about new skills, or just for learning about new subjects you are interested in. Why not look for new and fascinating things to discover?
Just remember: whenever you search things on the internet, you never know what you will find. If you are uncertain about something you are seeing, check with your family!
